This is way overdue for us – we have had insurance with Sears for over 25 years. The past six years with our business, we have had to come to Caroline and Roxanne for help in some very last minute requests. Yesterday was one of those last minute request in which Roxanne manage to get back to me very quickly with a price and then do her magic to provide us with an even better price. She has proven to me overtime that her professionalism, customer service cannot be beaten. It feels right when you can appreciate their hard work and it is about time that we let them know. Sometimes thank you is not enough, as it goes in one ear and out the other. I would recommend this insurance agency to anyone who asks me. Keep up the good work and remember you are very much appreciated.

I have basically dealt with Roxanne Ward since day 1. I feel as if I’m her only client as she seems to know exactly the details of my residence or vehicle policy. I have not bothered to check to see if someone is less money, I have good service here, so why move.
In this day and age of machines I am resigned to waiting for 20 minutes on hold in dealing with companies, being told “I will get back to you” and them doing so 2 or 3 days later. Dealing with your company was like a breath of fresh air…… In over 40 years of driving and purchasing insurance – this is absolutely the best service I have ever experienced. Insurance companies vary, prices change, but agent service in the past has never been outstanding. The service at Sears Insurance most certainly is outstanding.

Caroline has been great, she kept us informed, asked all the questions necessary, kept us in the loop and worked very hard, before her vacation, to ensure we answered all questions to get our policy ready in a short period of time. Her service was amazing and I just wanted to say thanks for the great service, it is nice to be back in hands of someone that will look after us and know we do not have to know everything…just trust someone! I just wanted you to know she has taken amazing care of us and we actually are breathing a sigh of relief!!!!!!!!!!
